from the Committee of this chamber dated. 25th January last, having reference to certain correspondence, which had passed. between the Naval Authorities and the Agent the Scottish Oriental. Steamship Company

the missing skamer Somdekh - Phra Nang, forwarded to this Excellency the Governor for hansmission to your Lordship,
the Chamber has since received a letter
from This Excellency accompanied by spy
of a letter from Admiral Richards, commenting unfavourably on the Committe's observations on this subject.
In view of the position
